Hesiod wrote it three thousand years ago: first of all there was Khaos, the formless void that everything else was born from. Every company has a chaos of its own somewhere: an Excel file twelve people depend on, a database nobody dares to touch, a simple question that takes three days to answer. That is exactly where we like to start.
